Biography:
Girolama da Cremona worked as a manuscript illuminator in the courts of Ferrara, Mantua, Siena, Florence, and Venice. He worked on the Bible of Borso d’Este between 1455 and 1461. In 1468, he began creating choir books in Siena with Liberale da Verona. He then worked in Venice creating illuminated frontispieces for incunabules.
